Overview

The challenge was that users struggled to find essential features on the mobile app, leading to frustration and drop-offs. The navigation was cluttered, and key actions were buried, which made the app feel unintuitive. Our goal was to simplify the experience without sacrificing functionality, while maintaining the brand’s look and feel. We conducted user testing to identify pain points, restructured the navigation hierarchy, and designed a solution that would enhance usability without overwhelming the user.
